YOUTH ENRICHMENT PROGRAM
OUR MISSION
Our mission is to assist in navigating the paths of our youth into becoming successful adults. By teaching them appropriate ways to achieve their goals, providing support, valuable information, and teaching. We will use strategies through education, sports, and core values that may help reduce recidivism, and transform their thinking. Which could lead to a new found life (NFL)

ABOUT US
NFL25lv Youth Enrichment Program is in the business of changing and shaping lives. The work we do at our Non-Profit Organization is aimed at providing a holistic approach to solving some of our states at-risk youths biggest challenges. We hope to impart valuable information into the youth we assist in an effort for them to grow into young men and young women with integrity, honor, and good moral character. NFL25lv program designed for troubled youth that have a history of violence, drug use, gangs, identity issues, and inappropriate relationships. Which often leads to incarceration, hopelessness, and single parenting.

David L. Hollis, Sr
David "Hotdog" Hollis came to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1983 to attend UNLV on a football scholarship, where he received his bachelors degree. David was a 4-year Letterman and started on the 1984 team that featured Randall Cunningham and Ickey Woods (The team was inducted into the UNLV Hall of Fame in 2012). While at UNLV, David was a 2-time all conference Defensive Back, and afterwards played 3 years in the NFL with the Seattle Seahawks and the Kansas City Chiefs (1987-1990). David came back to the Las Vegas valley in 1992 where he began his life's work of helping disenfranchised youth. He began working at the Center for Independent Living (now the Shannon West Homes for Youth) in 1995, as a youth counselor. In 1997, David began his career in Law Enforcement. He was hired by the State of Nevada Youth Parole Bureau as a Youth Parole Officer. After a career spanning 20 1/2 years, he retired after his son was murdered in 2017. During his time as an officer, David worked with high risk youth and he developed a reputation for being "Professional, Fair, and Consistent!"
David continues to champion for the youth of the Las Vegas valley that have been incarcerated in the Juvenile Justice System. He and his team have a gang intervention and mentoring program called "THUGLIFE/Manhood restored." A program designed to help the youth feel that they are valued!

Montone White
On April 20th, 2021, we lost our dearest brother, mentor, and friend Montone White. His loss was tremendous to us. So, we created an award in his honor, and at every graduation we chose one student who exemplifies leadership and positivity to give the Montone White Award.
